The Crime

On Thursday, May 15, 2008 at approximately 1:45 p.m. deputies of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Seven Meadows Subdivision at 5802 Dillon Creek Lane, Katy, Fort Bend County, Texas in regards to a Robbery of a Taco Food Vendor.

The preliminary investigation reveals two Hispanic male suspects approached a Taco Food Vendor, which was parked near an area of construction. One of the suspects displayed a revolver which he had hidden under his shirt and subsequently he demanded the money, jewelry, and cell phones of the two female victims. The other suspect fled the immediate area in an unknown direction whereas the armed suspect ordered the victims to drive him to a location near Gaston Rd. and Fry Rd. Subsequent to their arrival, the armed suspect then fled the area, leaving the victims unharmed.

Suspect I (Sketch) - Described as a tall, long-faced, light -skinned Hispanic male with short brown hair. He is approximately 20 to 23 years of age, 5’ 08” to 5’ 10” tall and weighing 130 to 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green shirt with unknown color pants. He spoke Spanish with a Mexican accent.

Suspect II (Sketch) - Described as a round-faced Hispanic male, dark complexion, and long dark hair that was tucked under a dark cap. He was approximately 28 to 30 years of age, 5’ 08” to 5’ 10” tall, and weighs about 160 pounds. He was seen wearing a short-sleeved blue shirt and blue jean pants. He spoke Spanish with a Mexican accent.
