The Crime
On Wednesday, January 21, 2004, at approximately 7:18 AM, Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to a homicide in the 1300 block of Randon Dyer Road.
Upon arrival, Deputies discovered a Hispanic male and a Hispanic female with gunshot wounds to the head. The male was deceased at the scene; however, the female was clinging to life and was transported by Life Flight to Herman Hospital, where she died the following day.
The victims are identified as Mike Montalvo 39 years of age, and Vivian "Michelle" Moreno, 19 years of age. Both victims were from Rosenberg, Texas.
